I didn't use anything to hold them together, actually. They are both separate from each other, but they attach to the little front piece

Thank you! I sewed all of the dress myself, and stitched ribbons on for the bottom details and hand painted all the designs. The armor pieces are made from craft foam, and the jewels are made from resin :3 The crown is made from craft foam, wire, and paper clay. The ears I made from latex, and the gloves are hand painted as well.
