Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Overjoyed!

Now that I've caught up on sleep I'm starting to realize how intense my PAX withdrawals are! OnO

I had such a great time this last weekend! Thank you to everyone who came and said "hi" to me! It was absolutely amazing to see how many people were there that recognized me as RikkuGrape *u* I was so flattered, and honored! ♥
I met so many amazing people, and got the chance to talk to many talented artists, and programmers alike...as well as some crazy skilled cosplayers. :D

All in all it was one fantastic weekend. So fantastic, in fact, I'm going to have to work on making my own word to accurately describe just how amazing it was ;u;

I loved everyone moment of it and I hope those of you who went had an equally amazing time!

I can't wait for next year!

~Also, I should let everyone know that next week I am going to be moving up to my new school ono augh! So soon ;n; I am actually transferring to a new university so I'm all nervous and junk...but what I want to say is that, because of the move, progress on anything will be stopped for a bit. The town where my new university is is quite small and the only fabric store I know of is a "quilting store" so I'm not sure what kinds of solid fabric they will have, or what kind of notions will be there. But, it will be fun! I love the area I'm going to be living in and my apartment is super cute! I can't wait to get there and finish decorating as well as start meeting new people :)
I just wanted to give everyone a little heads up though that things will be slowing down a bit on my end.

Ahhh I don't know for sure at this point.

Well, actually I kind of do.
But still.
I would really like to go to AkiCon but it's going to be hard from my friends to make it up so we aren't sure if we will go or not.
I'll be attending NewCon PDX in the Winter, and I'm planning on going to SakuraCon as well. I'm actually just moving up a lot closer to Seattle so I'd love to make some friends and try out ECCC or some of the other conventions up there as well too~
